Yes — group tables of 9 are available and include reserved seating with table signage. Early bird and member pricing both apply to table bookings — see the pricing above for details.

Yes — current ACS members receive discounted ticket pricing. You'll need to enter your membership number during registration to apply the discount.

Cocktail attire is recommended, with black tie optional for those who'd like to dress up for the occasion.

Absolutely. You'll be asked to provide any dietary requirements as part of the registration form, and our caterers will accommodate these on the night.

Tickets can be transferred to another attendee at no charge. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Brisbane City Hall is centrally located with several public car parks nearby. Public transport is recommended given the central location.
